Open PhotoScape, click "Editor" and stay on the ward "Home."
-Open a photo Across the left side panel of the program and click:-
-Filter > Noise Reduction > Middle
-Filter > Smart Blur > 2.5
-Click On Object & Click Photo & Select The Gradient Texture
Keep The Opacity 180
Photo+object
-Bright,Color > Darken > Middle
-Backlight > (+200%)
-Bright,Color > Deepen > High
-Auto Contrast > High
-Auto Level > High
-Filter > Film Effect > Velvia > High
-Filter > Noise Reduction > High

-Backlight > (+200%)(2 times)
-Bloom (low)
