Tutorial For Rockstar Effect

Materials:



-Open PhotoScape, click "Editor" and stay on the ward "Home."
-Open a photo Across the left side panel of the program and click:-
-Filter > Noise Reduction > High
-Click Bloom and click in the middle & set like this:
Normal Mode
Level: 73%
Blur: 0.0
Contrast: 100
Click OK
-Click Backlight in the center {} > Click it 2 times
-Auto level > High (2 times)
-Auto Contrast > Low
-Sharpen > 8
-Bright, Color > Contrast Enhancement > Middle
-Bright, Color > Darken > Middle
-Go to the Object tab > Mountain with sun > Photo and open the Texture,
leave the Opacity at 157.
And click Photo + object > conbines your photo more object.
-Go To Home tab > Click Bloom and click in the middle & set like this:
Normal Mode
Level: 100%
Blur: 1.1
Contrast: 6
Click OK
and do it again just change the level to 68.

-Go to the Object >mountain with the sun > Photo and open flower.
Place where you want Design as per you wish
