I can make Glitter swirl.First,like another glitter shadow,save swirl image that is png.And,go to photoscape,and open the swirl image.And click "Bright And Color",not the arrow at the right side.And change the Contracts into -100,and click the arrow at the right side of Filter button.And find "Noise" button,and click if you found them.And you can change as many as you want the size of glitter.Click the arrow at the right side of "Bright,Color",and find "Colorize" button.And change the color you want.And save it,and done.About the sillhouette,i don't really know. Note:I just help the admin
